Yesterday, I eat some plumquats and by accident a pit when into the disposal.
When I realized what had happened, I began to work myself up.
Rise in feelings, lowered feelings, racing thoughts-- how could I mess it up, its bad enough the soap dispenser needs to be replaced. Now we have both to get and Install.
Spots:
My symptoms are distressing but not dangerous.
Money is a strong link.
Bear the discomfort and comfort will come.
I endorse for posting.
This is phasic not basic.
It's average to make mistakes.
Before RI:
I would have been in symptoms till it was all fixed. I would have indited my whole personality over this. Now I use my tools to calm down and bear the discomfort.
I now know that this is a triviality compared to my mental health. |

There's much to endorse for in the example---great gains.
The incident, though it doesn't seem so, is distressing but not dangerous.
Money is a strong link with many nervous people.

We learn to have the courage to make a mistake in the trivialities of everyday life. |

example giver can plan, decide, & act.
finances are a strong link to nervous patients.
situation is distressing but not dangerous.
feelings rise & fall if we do not attach danger to them.
we cannot change sensations & feelings but we can change thoughts & impulses.

Accidently putting something in the disposal is average.
It's hard to feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.
Calm begets calm and temper begets temper.
Self-torture is a nervous person's most time-consuming occupation.
Perfection is a hope, a dream, and an illusion.
Discomfort is to be humbly tolerated, patiently borne, and bravely faced.
Since Eve couldn't change the situation, she changed her attitude towards it.
Eve can endorse herself for all of her efforts and not only for the performance.  |
